It’s official…CM Punk is back.
During tonight’s AEW Dynamite broadcast on TNT, Tony Khan announced that CM Punk will be on the debut episode of Collision at the United Center in Chicago, IL. This has been reported on for weeks but was never acknowledged by anyone in AEW until now.
The decision to announce Punk ahead of time may be because they want to ensure that they sell out the United Center. Punk hasn’t appeared on AEW TV since the backstage fight with The Elite after All Out in September. Punk has been injured during the last several months.
