It looks like there might be some hope for CM Punk to stay in AEW.
As many of you know, Dax Harwood stated on his podcast that he would love to see CM Punk and The Elite work things out and “find a way to make it work.”
That quote was posted on @theprowrestlingpodcast Instagram account and Punk commented: “Duh.”
What that means is anyone’s guess but it looks like Punk might be open to working things out. What is known for sure is that Punk is still under contract with AEW and Tony Khan refuses to say anything about Punk’s future with the company.
If things can be worked out and somehow this all can be turned into a storyline, then there is potential for big ratings and record pay-per-view buyrates if the storyline is done right.
