Conor McGregor, due to him being one of the best trash talkers in the UFC, has been speculated to be someone who might want to make the jump to WWE, especially now that they’re under the TKO banner.
McGregor previously got people talking last year when he started mentioning Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman on social media. He hinted at something happening at WWE SummerSlam in Detroit. Nothing came about it.
Michael Chandler, someone who McGregor is slated to fight this year, did call him out on WWE Raw a few weeks ago. The former UFC Lightweight and Featherweight champion hasn’t fought since he got TKO’d by Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in 2021.
Adam’s Apple recently uploaded a video where McGregor was in New York City and was asked whether he would be interested in WWE.
McGregor first answered, “You never know, let’s see,” before getting into his car. The UFC megastar was asked whether the idea of it entertains him at all. He said, “Not this moment,” and noted they hadn’t approached him.
