Two wrestlers will be departing from WWE once their contracts expire this upcoming weekend with no intention of staying and re-signing.
The Dyad (Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid) have been looking for the door despite being part of the Schism group on NXT television.
Earlier this year, they had asked to be let out of their deals with WWE but the company denied the request. They decided to stay around until their deals were up. During that time, WWE used them on television in a storyline with the Creed Brothers before being written off television.
Last month it was reported they were gone, but Pwinsider and Fightful Select reports they will be leaving this weekend as their contracts are up on October 14th.
The plan is for them to work both in the United States and Europe. They will remain based out of the United States going forward.
They are still listed on WWE’s internal roster for now, but that is expected to change.
