Early Estimate for AEW All In 2023 PPV Buys

AEW presented its All In pay-per-view event this past Sunday from London, England, at Wembley Stadium, making it the promotion’s biggest event ever.

The show, headlined by MJF retaining the World Heavyweight Title over Adam Cole, drew over 80,000 fans and topped $10 million at the gate.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer gave some insight into the current estimates for how the show did on pay-per-view (Bleacher Report, FITE TV, traditional cable providers, and other platforms).

The show is the most purchased AEW PPV event of 2023 and the biggest since last year’s Double or Nothing, with projections looking to do between second and fourth when it comes to AEW’s biggest PPV shows.

This is impressive for any show, but especially this one as it aired in the United States in the early morning/afternoon, historically leading to lower buys. Also, a large percentage of AEW’s usual European buyers were likely at the show.

Meltzer added that current estimates are 20 percent to 30 percent above the recent shows, indicating 168,000 to 184,000 vuys.

Television buys were up 31.5 percent from the Thursday after Forbidden Door in June. Should All In be similar to Forbidden Door’s streaming buys, then it would be closer to 184,000.
