August could be an interesting time for Edge and fans of the WWE Hall of Famer as he is being advertised for the next WWE show in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Edge last wrestled in the city last August on an episode of Raw when he defeated Damian Priest. After the show went off the air, Edge teased that his final match could happen when the company returns to the city. He said that in a perfect world, it would be the right night to say goodbye to each other.

However, while speaking to the media during the WWE Elimination Chamber post-show press conference, Edge was asked about the promo, but didn’t seem sure that would be when he walked away and noted he’s not sure what he’s eating for breakfast tomorrow. The only thing he is sure about is his retirement match happening in Canada.
The WWE Hall of Famer was recently interviewed on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast, where he noted that he thinks he has another year left of performing at a high level.
Edge hasn’t wrestled since the May 12 episode of SmackDown in a triple threat match with AJ Styles and Rey Mysterio as part of the tournament to crown a World Heavyweight Champion.
Edge is being advertised by Toronto’s ScotiaBank Arena for when SmackDown takes place from there on August 18, 2023.
