After a 2+ month hiatus, Being The Elite returned to YouTube this afternoon.
The episode kicked off with some backstage footage shot on the day of AEW Full Gear and Matt Jackson changing into his gear in the back of a van and showing off their new gear for the first time for a photoshoot.
There was also a segment with Evil Uno and Alex Reynolds talking about all of the stuff they have filmed during the last 6 weeks, including a kayaking session with Mike Tyson. Brandon Cutler informed them that they were on hiatus for 6 weeks and the footage doesn’t exist.
They also showed footage from the Cutler Cam of The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega’s in-ring return at Full Gear and the footage of the “F**k CM Punk” chants were shown.
At the end of the episode, Matt and Nick Jackson talked about their return and how stressful things have been during the last couple of months. Matt said they are going through the healing process and their return at Full Gear was the first step. They also said that they didn’t get “Carry on Wayward Son” until the last minute.
The music by NEFFEX was played during the in-ring footage and the lyrics will get some people talking:
