#WeWantCody has been the number 1 trending topic today on X after it was announced last night that Cody Rhodes would be replaced by The Rock after Rock reportedly pushed for the match with Reigns as a way to “save” WrestleMania due to CM Punk’s injury and Brock Lesnar being pulled from the card. The story about the fan backlash has been picked up by some mainstream media outlets, including TMZ.
As of now, Reigns vs. Rock is going to be the top match on the card but it won’t be officially announced until this Thursday at a press event in Las Vegas.
