A former WWE NXT star is headed to Major League Wrestling as the promotion continues to look to expand and grow.
The promotion is building towards its Slaughterhouse live event that will also serve as Fusion TV tapings on October 14th at Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena. The Slaughterhouse portion will air as a live PPV on FITE+.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that Sloane Jacobs is heading to MLW, where she will be competing in their women’s featherweight division.
Jacobs had been working for WWE before she was released last November. Since then, she has appeared on ROH television. Prior to her signing with WWE, she had worked a few matches for AEW.
Fans may also recall she was featured in the Monster Factory show on Apple TV+, where she went under her indie name, The Notorious Mimi.
