After weeks of teases, it is pretty clear that a top WWE star is going to make his heel turn official very soon.
Drew McIntyre appeared as the guest on Miz TV, who was there to plant more seeds of doubt into McIntyre’s head. The New Day walked out to the stage and they defended Jey Uso for trying to make things right.
McIntyre said that Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston haven’t stepped to Jey “after everything he’s done for you.” Throughout the segment, Miz continued to try to cause more issues between McIntyre and The New Day and he took a headbutt from McIntyre for his troubles.
This led to a match. McIntyre won after Kingston was attacked by Ivar of The Viking Raiders. This is the second straight week that McIntyre has not cared about Kingston’s well-being. This week after the match, Ivar continued the attack and McIntyre walked to the back as Kingston continued to take a beating.
