Injured WWE Star in Town for Tonight’s Raw

WWE could be getting a shot of star power for Monday Night Raw with the return of a star that has been on the sidelines for months due to injury.

Tommaso Ciampa was last seen in action at a September 17 WWE live event when he faced Bobby Lashley. He had been aligned with The Miz, helping him try to escape the wrath of Dexter Lumis on Monday Night Raw before disappearing from television and underwent hip surgery last October.

Earlier this month, WWE began teasing the return of Tommaso Ciampa, and it looks like he will be back very soon as Pwinsider reports Ciampa is in Albany, NY, ahead of tonight’s Raw.

Insider account Boozer #BWE, which has broken past WWE stories, reported today that “Ciampa being reviewed for clear.”

On an episode of Raw earlier this month, The Way got back together during a backstage segment, and Johnny Gargano stated that “he’s coming back soon.” The Way is made up of Gargano, Candice LeRae, Dexter Lumis, and Indi Hartwell.

Several matches have been revealed for tonight’s Raw. You can check out the spoilers here.
