Jack Perry Is Now A Top Merch Seller, ‘Scapegoat’ T-Shirt Sold Out

Jack Perry is cashing in on merchandise royalties following the decision by AEW President Tony Khan to air the All In footage involving Perry and CM Punk at the August 2023 PPV event.

At All In, during his match, Perry made a spot on the windshield of a car and made a reference to glass to the camera, saying, “Real glass, cry me a river,” leading to the physical altercation.

The incident with Punk occurred after Punk advised Perry against using real glass for a segment on TV. The incident resulted in Perry’s suspension and Punk’s release.

Since being away from AEW, Perry has been working in New Japan Pro Wrestling with his ‘Scapegoat’ gimmick. Khan reportedly blames Perry for causing him to have no choice but to release Punk over the incident, and that’s why he hasn’t been used on AEW since.
