Sami Zayn defeated Jimmy Uso in the main event of tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw. Solo Sikoa did not factor into the finish because the referee kicked him out to the back.
Jimmy lost the match after a distraction by Jey allowed Sami to recover and win the match with his heluva kick. After the match, the brothers stood face to face. Jey put his hand on Jimmy and then walked off.
At ringside, Jey and Sami looked at each other and then they hugged. Sami could be heard saying that it’s not too late for Jimmy. Jey then superkicked Sami in the face to the shock of the crowd. Jimmy, Jey, and Solo then triple-teamed Sami before Cody Rhodes went out to make the save.
In an easter egg that many fans may not have noticed, there was a backstage segment earlier and Cody could be seen talking to Kevin Owens, seemingly trying to talk sense into him. Everyone should watch this segment because it was really good.
