John Cena made a surprise appearance today at WWE Money In The Bank in London. It was already known that he was in the country because he’s filming a movie but there were no hints that he would show up on the PLE.
Cena said that this is the first Premium Live Event in over 20 years and he jokingly asked why it took so long for this to happen. Cena said that it wasn’t up to him but it was up to the decision makers because they think that London is kind of a hostile environment and “they think that sometimes you are a distraction” and that the London fans try to take over the show.
Cena said that the fans in London “are the show” and that got a massive reaction. Cena then said that he wants to know that the London fans are underappreciated. Cena said that he is here to try to bring WrestleMania to London. Cena asked the fans to let everyone hear what WrestleMania could sound like in London. Grayson Waller interrupted. Waller said that WrestleMania should go somewhere like Australia. Waller offered to save Cena’s career with a match at WrestleMania in Australia. Waller got offended when Cena passed on the offer. Waller attacked Cena from behind but Cena powered up and hit the AA.
