John Cena Snapped Long Losing Streak With WWE Fastlane Victory

John Cena & LA Knight vs. Solo Sikoa & Jimmy Uso took place at the WWE Fastlane 2023 premium live event from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN. The finish saw the co-main event end when LA connected with a suplex to Jimmy then Cena hit the five knuckle shuffle before Knight hit his finisher for the win.

Following the show, they took questions from the media, with Cena talking about his WWE future, his belief about Knight’s potential, and more. Check it out here.

His losing streak in matches at premium live events ended at Fastlane.

Coming into the match, Cena had not won a match at a premium live event since October 2018 at Super Showdown in Australia when he and Bobby Lashley beat Kevin Owens & Elias. Also, His last singles match win at a PLE was earlier that year with a win over Triple H at Greatest Royal Rumble.

This could change depending on the ongoing Hollywood actor and writer’s strike, but Cena is currently advertised for the November 4 Crown Jewel event.
