The first-ever AEW video game was released last week with Fight Forever on Xbox One, Xbox One Series S/X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and Switch. It is developed by Yukes and will be published by THQ Nordic.
The features of the game include a career mode, create-a-wrestler, different match types, including Lights Out, weapons, and much more.
The game will be supported through updates and DLC content. The positive reviews of the game have noted it has a fun gameplay experience but lacks deep features.
As seen below, Kenny Omega, who was part of the creation process of the game, responded to fan criticism following the release of the game, which has mostly been met with negative reviews. He wrote:
“As someone who plays a ton of fighting games and FPS, I’ll always encourage fixes and rebalancing when situations like these turn up. There will be continued support for the game so all this feedback and suggestions are great! Thank you!”
