Kofi Kingston has done it all in WWE after being a longtime veteran in the promotion. Kingston has competed in several memorable matches and won various championships.
Kingston and Xavier Woods defeated Pretty Deadly to win the NXT Tag Team Championship on Saturday night at the NXT Deadline premium live event.
Kingston became a record-setting 15-time tag team champion in WWE, which saw him surpass Booker T’s record of 14 Tag Team Title wins in WCW and WWE.
Also, Kingston is the first WWE Champion to later win the NXT Title, and Woods is the first King of the Ring tournament winner to later hold an NXT Title.
Kofi Kingston has now officially broken the record for most tag-title reigns in @WWE history.
