A long-time AEW star might be gone from the company.
Several fans on social media noticed that a change was made to the AEW roster sometime within the last 24 hours as The Bunny has been removed. There are not many details available at the moment but typically, when someone is removed it means that their contract has expired.
For those wondering, The Butcher and The Blade are still listed on the roster and they worked a dark match last night before the live Dynamite broadcast. They defeated Brandon Cutler and Colt Cabana.
The Bunny was one of AEW’s earliest signings. Her signing was announced in March of 2019 and she debuted at the Fyter Fest show in a match against Leva Bates. She defeated Brandi Rhodes at the Fight for the Fallen pay-per-view in 2019 and then was repackaged as a darker character alongside The Butcher and real-life husband The Blade.
The Bunny started wrestling on the Canadian independent scene in 2005 and she’s worked as Cherry Bomb and Allie for several promotions including Shimmer, CZW, and Impact Wrestling.
