A major name has been seen in Chicago ahead of tonight’s Impact Wrestling TV tapings but she may not actually be there to appear on the show.
PWInsider reports that Mercedes Mone was spotted in the area. Their report states that earlier this week when they were asked about Mone being at the tapings, company sources denied that she would be there.
It is being claimed now that she is only going to be there to support her friend Trinity Fatu, who is expected to make her Impact debut tonight. Mone will be finished with her New Japan Pro Wrestling commitments later next month but she is said to be open to working with them again in the future. It’s unclear when she would be able to sign with another company.
