As noted earlier on WWE’s social media accounts, Logan Paul will appear tonight on Friday Night SmackDown to make a “major announcement.”
Earlier this week, Paul said on his podcast/YouTube show that his goal is to wrestle a match against Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The belief among those in WWE is that the match will be announced tonight on SmackDown and the match would take place at the show in Saudi Arabia in November.
The feeling is that this match up would generate a ton of buzz for the company while putting a bigger spotlight on Reigns ahead of his match with The Rock (if he says he’s on board) at WrestleMania.
