WWE and Vince McMahon are losing a key executive as they plan to step away from the company.
The recent acquisition by Endeavor of WWE that saw WWE merge with the UFC continues to have fall out. After the merger, Vince McMahon holds 28.84 million TKO shares, currently valued at $3 billion.
Suzette Ramirez-Carr, who was an Executive Vice President of Human Resources, will be leaving the company on November 3.
Brandon Thurston and WrestleNomics reported the news on Friday after WWE President Nick Khan shared the departure in an email to all WWE staff.
Human Resources was likely one of the divisions that overlapped more than most in the TKO merger. Ramirez-Carr had been reported directly to McMahon.

HR was probably one of the more obvious areas for overlap with Endeavor's services following the TKO merger.
