AEW has loaded up the card for tonight’s episode of Dynamite, as there will be another three-hour block of content with Rampage following the show.
Things announced for the show include Mariah May vs. Serena Deeb, Claudio Castagnoli vs. Brian Cage (with Prince Nana), Adam Copeland defending the TNT Title against Buddy Mattews, Chris Jericho defending the FTW Title against Katsuyori Shibata and the return of Kenny Omega.
AEW is also expected to follow up on The Elite’s attack on AEW President Tony Khan from last week, which will likely play into Omega’s return since he was kicked out of the faction while on hiatus with diverticulitis. An attack angle is expected, although not confirmed.
The show will also determine Swerve Strickland’s challenger for AEW World Title at Double Or Nothing. He won the title from Samoa Joe at the Dynasty pay-per-view event.
Speaking of Joe, AEW has confirmed he will return on this show when he battles Isiah Kassidy.
