There’s been a lot of talk in the last 24 hours about two former WWE stars potentially signing with AEW but it seems like that will not be happening.
As was noted on Tuesday, Nikki and Brie are no longer with WWE and they will be using their real last name since WWE owns the Bella name. Nikki has been outspoken about some things in WWE and there was fan speculation that things have soured between both sides.
On Instagram Live, Nikki said that it seems that way because of “everything in the past” but there are no hard feelings. She then confirmed that she and Nikki are not going to AEW.
Nikki and Brie were recently visiting backstage at AEW Revolution but based on what she said on her stream, don’t look to see The Garcia Twins on Dynamite anytime soon.
