The arena that hosted a WWE live event over the weekend has issued a statement regarding an incident that happened at the show involving a fan and Scarlett.

WWE ran a house show out of Peoria, Illinois, and during it, Drew McIntyre wrestled Karrion Kross when an audience member threw a drink at Scarlett.

The fan and her family were removed from the arena by security. The Peoria Civic Center gave a comment to CIProud.com, as seen below:

“We are aware of the incident that took place at the WWE event on Saturday, November 12. Fortunately, our Peoria Civic Center security team along with the Peoria Police quickly identified the individuals responsible and escorted them out of the building for the remainder of the show. While we were disappointed in the actions of a couple and the brief distraction they caused, over 4,000 enthusiastic WWE fans were treated to a very entertaining event – Beau Sutherland, Director of Sales and Marketing.”

After the match, Scarlett tweeted the following regarding the incident:

Peoria Civic Center General Manager Rik Edgar stated that the house show had the highest gross sales for any WWE show in the venue’s history.
