Kingston didn’t appear on this week’s Dynamite or Rampage, so it’s unclear when he suffered the injury. As of late, he has been part of a storyline with Ortiz and the House of Black. It seemingly led to Kingston and Ortiz going their separate ways after losing to Malakai Black and Brody King last month on an episode of Rampage.
Kingston later laid Ortiz out with a chair following a confrontation. This past Friday on Rampage, Ortiz did a promo and issued a challenge to his friend.
As of this writing, Kingston is still scheduled to face Jay White at NJPW Strong Battle in the Valley next Saturday.
