REPORT: MLW’s run with Reelz ‘wraps up after 10 weeks’

On Tuesday, Variety reported about Reelz programming debuting on Peacock’s streaming service this month. The deal includes Reelz’s original programming in addition to their linear live stream.

Due to Peacock’s exclusive deal with WWE, MLW programming cannot air on the live linear channel feed but Variety reports that the linear feed can air after MLW’s run ends. It was noted that MLW’s run wraps up “after 10 weeks.”

The following was stated in the Variety article:

Peacock is also exclusive streaming provider of WWE wrestling. Because of that category exclusivity, when Reelz airs Major League Wrestling live on Tuesday evenings at 10 p.m., its linear channel won’t be available on the platform during that time. But Major League Wrestling wraps up after 10 weeks, making Reelz’s Tuesday 10 p.m. linear offerings available after that.
