A very interesting match was set up for AEW All In at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
Former ECW World Heavyweight Champion Jerry Lynn appeared in an in-ring segment with FTW Champion Jack Perry tonight on AEW Dynamite. Last week during a backstage segment, Perry mocked the wrestlers who helped paved the way for him.
Lynn opted not to go to the ring because didn’t want to make an example out of Perry and that would be “child abuse.” Lynn also said that a doctor won’t clear him but he did call a good friend who wrestled in ECW. That friend is Rob Van Dam.
Perry left the ring and Perry ran off but Perry tried to sneak back in to hit RVD with a chair shot. RVD ducked and Perry ran off again. UPDATE: During a backstage segment, RVD challenged Perry to a match for next week.
