Because Roman Reigns signed a new part-time deal in 2022 with WWE, he works fewer dates and hasn’t been seen in action since he beat Jey Uso, thanks to outside interference from Jimmy Uso at the SummerSlam premium live event.
Following that show, there was a segment where Jey laid out Jimmy, Solo Sikoa, and Reigns during an episode of SmackDown, leading to Reigns disappearing from television.
Now, Reigns is slated to make his return to television. In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that the next Reigns match will be on November 4 in Saudi Arabia.
He will be back on television leading up to the match to promote it. Reigns’ exact return is unclear.
As previously reported, Reigns is not currently advertised for the 37th Royal Rumble on January 27th from Tampa, Florida at the Tropicana Field. However, Reigns could always be added to the show at a later date.
