Roman Reigns not advertised for an upcoming WWE premium live event

The trend of Roman Reigns missing another WWE premium live event looks to be continuing in 2024.

Roman Reigns’ schedule

Reigns has worked a reduced schedule since signing a new WWE deal after winning the WWE Title from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 in 2022. His last match was at Crown Jewel, where he beat LA Knight to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Title. This was his first televised match since Summerslam, as he didn’t work Payback and Fastlane or Survivor Series.

Reigns is expected to have his next month at the upcoming Royal Rumble PLE next year on January 27th from Tampa, Florida, at the Tropicana Field. He is slated to return to TV on Friday’s SmackDown.

Missing show?

Reigns is not advertised for Backlash France on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from the LDLC Arena in Lyon-Decines, France.

WWE released the early poster for the PLE with names such as World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, and others. One name missing is Reigns, indicating he won’t be working the show, although that could easily change.

Reigns is also not advertised for WWE Bash in Berlin takes place on August 31, 2024, at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany.
