It’s pretty much confirmed now in several places that the plan for the main event at WWE Crown Jewel is for Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns to defend against Logan Paul.
Logan Paul announced earlier today that he would be on SmackDown tonight to make a major announcement. It appears that the announcement will be related to the match in Saudi Arabia.
To some fans, the idea of this match may seem silly but WWE is attempting to bring in the millions who follow Logan and they want to bring in younger fans to the product. We’ll see if those goals are achieved. Ratings and attendance is up this year so they are doing things right so far.
