Roman Reigns Worked a Rare WWE House Show in Mexico City

Last year when Roman Reigns signed a new WWE deal, he got a pay increase and had his WWE schedule reduced, where he mostly works TV and PLE events.

The Bloodline feud kicked into high gear at Night of Champions when Reigns and Solo Sikoa lost to Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles once Jimmy Uso turned on “The Tribal Chief.” At Money in the Bank, The Usos beat Reigns and Sikoa in the Bloodline Civil War, marking the first time Reigns had been pinned since December 2020.

WWE has already confirmed that Reigns will defend his title against Jey Uso at SummerSlam next month in a Tribal Combat Match.

Reigns worked a rare house show when WWE held a live event on Saturday night from Mexico City, Mexico. In the main event, he went over Rey Mysterio thanks to interference by NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio
