Sheamus has teased having a big year in 2024.
He most notably feuded with Drew McIntyre and GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 39 last year. Sheamus has been sidelined with a shoulder injury as his last match happened in a loss to Edge on the August 18th episode of SmackDown.
Before being taken off television, he had been an upper mid-carder in recent years while being paired with Butch and Ridge Holland.
While appearing on Premier League Mornings Live at the Premier League Fan Fest this weekend, the WWE star was asked what he’s been up to as of late.
“Yes, seven months I’ve been off, you know what I mean? From WWE but, I wanna tell everybody, big things are coming for Sheamus this year. Huge things are coming for Sheamo.”
It’s still unclear when he will be back on television.
