Tammy Sytch’s pre-trial hearing in DUI manslaughter case delayed

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch will be waiting longer for the trial to start in her DUI manslaughter case.

According to court documents obtained by PWinsider.com, the new pre-trial hearing date is February 16. Her attorney cited three separate instances of witnesses slated to be deposed this month and requested to have the hearing pushed back until after those depositions had taken place. The court agreed.

Sytch was arrested on May 6th, stemming from the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter this past March during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida.

The WWE Hall Of Famer faces charges of one count of DUI causing death, one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.
