Taz has commented on the issues that have happened in AEW over the last month.
AEW’s success has continued despite the backstage issues. What should’ve been remembered as a memorable night of wrestling and surprises was overshadowed by the backstage fight at the All Out media scrum involving CM Punk, Ace Steel, Kenny Omega, and The Young Bucks.
While doing a new interview with Newsday, AEW commentator Taz was asked about the issues and noted that the pro wrestling business is a train that never stops moving.
“Anything that happened two weeks ago, last week, or last night, that’s in the rearview mirror. And we’re onward and upward. That’s how it’s been, no matter what. The pro wrestling business is a train, and the train is going to keep on rolling.”
Following the brawl, Punk was stripped of the World Heavyweight Title, and The Elite are no longer the Trios Champions. The Young Bucks and Omega have been suspended by the promotion as well.
AEW will crown a new World Heavyweight Champion on tonight’s Dynamite in a match between Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley.
