Teddy Long is slated to make his return to WWE television.
From 1998 through 2014, Long worked for WWE on a full-time basis with roles that included a referee, manager, and General Manager. He’s made appearances over the years for WWE since 2014.
Pwinsider Elite reports the WWE Hall of Famer will be at Friday Night SmackDown this week in Corpus Christi, TX. This will be the first night of WWE Draft and will continue on next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
He’ll also be on Monday’s Raw. As of this writing, there’s no word yet on what he will be doing on the shows or if he’s going to be back on television as a regular character.
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn will defend against The Usos and Zelina Vega vs. Sonya Deville have been confirmed for Friday’s SmackDown.
