WWE decided to keep one star on the sidelines while they heal up, a notable absence that fans recently picked up on after not seeing them on television.
The WWE crew returns to the road on December 26th for the post-Christmas tour as WWE is giving talent off for Christmas and aired the last live TV episode of the year with Monday Night Raw.
Xavier Woods was not with Kofi Kingston on Monday’s Raw because he is currently off the road as he is “banged up” and needs some time to heal. He had been previously advertised for the post-Christmas live event tour.
Although Woods was recently in Birmingham, Alabama, which is where talent usually goes in case they need to get surgery, it looks like he won’t be off television for long.
Pwinsider reports they were told by WWE sources to expect Woods back on the road within the first two weeks of January, although they were cautioned that is the “tentative” plan.
