The Young Bucks file for a new trademark

The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) recently locked down a new trademark.

They filed for “The Wayward Sons” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under Killing The Business, Inc through trademark attorney Michael E. Dockins on November 3rd. It’s listed for entertainment and clothing purposes. Here are the descriptions for the term:

“IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts

G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”

Omega and the Young Bucks won the AEW World Trios Championships at All Out by defeating Page and The Dark Order in the tournament finals but were stripped of the titles by AEW President Tony Khan because AEW had suspended the alongside Pat Buck, Christopher Daniels, Michael Nakazawa, and Brandon Cutler following the backstage fight involving CM Punk and Ace Steel at AEW All Out. This was after Punk ripped the AEW EVPs during the press conference.

Steel has since been fired, Punk is in talks for AEW to buy out his contract, and The Elite is expected to return to AEW TV shortly after being backstage at Dynamite in recent weeks.
