TMZ released the video from when Jake Atlas was arrested in May, where he was charged with misdemeanor battery (domestic assault).
The incident happened when Atlas was drinking at Big Daddy’s Roadhouse the night before. Atlas asked his partner to stay and drink with him because Atlas wanted him to go to a friend’s house to be intimate together.
Atlas allegedly became more “physically aggressive” by charging at the victim. The victim was left with a scratch on his forearm, and his tank top was torn. After Atlas chose to “speak badly” about the victim, the police arrested him.
The charges were dropped against him as court documents noted the officials declined to prosecute him as, after an investigation, “it is the writer’s opinion that this case is not suitable for prosecution.”
In the video, Atlas told the officer that he is “an international trained superstar” and his partner is a “nobody.” Atlas refused to answer his questions about what happened and eventually, Atlas was put into handcuffs.
Last month, Atlas issued a formal apology and noted he checked into an outpatient facility to deal with mental health and substance abuse issues.
