Tony Khan addresses holding more international AEW events

AEW is slated to hold its second international show in the company’s short history in 2024 by holding All In 2 from Wembley Stadium in London, England. The inaugural show went down this past August.

Future plans

AEW has only run shows in the United States since launching in 2019 as they’ve been selective in the markets they hold shows, although with demand in those markets declining in recent times due to fatigue, they’ve started to branch out.

AEW President Tony Khan has gone on record recently by noting that All In 2 would be the only show in England next year. There are a lot of untapped markets for All Elite Wrestling to run.

Possibilities

However, while speaking with The Athletic, Khan stated that he is considering running more shows in the UK in the future.

“Someday, maybe we could add more shows in England, make it a regular event and do more touring there,” Khan stated before noting that he won’t limit AEW to other places outside of England.

“And if we make stops in other places around Europe or nearby, that could be beneficial and would make sense,” Khan said, noting that he wants to put AEW’s solo focus on All In for now.
