Bryan Danielson announced last night during AEW Collision that his days as a full-time wrestler are winding down.
Danielson said that he promised his daughter that when she turned 7 years old he would be home and she is already 6 years old. Danielson previously talked about this during the AEW All Out media scrum.
Sports Illustrated today cited multiple sources saying that Danielson would step away from full-time wrestling and going forward he would appear as a special attraction, a role that names like Edge and The Undertaker were slotted in during their final years in the ring.
Also during the segment, Danielson called his shot and announced that he would be wrestling Zack Sabre Jr. at WrestleDream in Seattle. He was also attacked by Ricky Starks and Big Bill so that storyline is continuing as well.
"Time is running out"
