The WWE SmackDown brand will have one of the top stars from Monday Night Raw making an appearance at an upcoming show as the promotion continues to build towards the August 5 SummerSlam PLE from Detroit, MI.
That star is Cody Rhodes, who is coming off a win over Dominik Mysterio at this past Saturday’s Money in the Bank.
Rhodes is expected to work a third match with Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. Several matches planned for the show were recently revealed. For more on that, click here.
Rhodes released his July schedule, with one of the dates being the July 14th SmackDown event in Raleigh, NC. It’s likely he will be working a dark match, but it’s possible he appears on television. Here is the schedule:
