Mercedes Varnado, formerly known as Sasha Banks, is reportedly set to appear at the Wrestle Kingdom 17 event, marking her NJPW debut after negotiating her WWE release.
She will have plenty of support as she embarks on a new chapter in her life.
PW Insider reports that Naomi, real name Trinity Fatu, isn’t the only name that will be supporting Banks at the event, as Bayley is also going to be there for The Boss’ big moment.
The report noted that Bayley would be in Tokyo tonight. However, Bayley likely won’t be seen on camera as she is obviously under contract with WWE.

Banks and Bayley have been good friends for years. They pushed WWE to introduce the Women’s Tag Team Titles and were the inaugural champions.
