Two matches were cut short at AEW All Out

AEW All Out was a long show that lasted over five hours, with four bouts on the pre-show and 11 on the main card.

Notable moments included the returns of MJF and Samoa Joe. It was capped off by CM Punk winning the AEW World Heavyweight Title from Jon Moxley in the main event.

Fightful Select reports that two matches were cut short as they were supposed to be longer as per their initial planning.

“We’ve heard the Jade Cargill vs. Athena had more time budgeted for it if they wanted, but the match went light on time. We’re told the same for Will Hobbs vs. Ricky Starks.”

Cargill went over on Athena to retain the TBS Titles, while Hobbs won in a one-sided bout against his former Team Taz mate. Hobbs only hit a few big moves before getting the win with a spinebuster.
