As previously confirmed by Kenny Omega, a Stadium Stampede mode is coming in the AEW: Fight Forever video game.
The game is available for fans to purchase on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch after being released last month.
The first-ever Stadium Stampede happened at the Double or Nothing PPV in 2020 when The Elite (Adam Page, Kenny Omega, Matt Hardy, Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) defeated The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Santana and Ortiz). They followed it up a year later with The Inner Circle defeating The Pinnacle (Cash Wheeler, Dax Harwood, MJF, Shawn Spears and Wardlow) (with Tully Blanchard)
The trailer for the new mode was released today. The preview shows various wrestlers fighting throughout the stadium and can use weapons, animals, and vehicles.
Thirty wrestlers will enter the game and battle it out until only of them is left standing. Some fans have compared the style to Fortnite.
The mode will be free to play. It’s advertised as coming soon. Check out the trailer below.
30 wrestlers enter the stadium. Only one can reign supreme.
