Mick Foley got quite the pop when he made a recent appearance at an ICW show.
Foley’s career
Although he made a name for himself for being the Hardcore Legend thanks to countless death matches as Cactus Jack in Japan, WCW, and ECW, Foley is best remembered as Mankind and Dude Love, two characters he portrayed in WWE.
Foley’s most recent appearance on WWE TV came in 2019. He also appeared on Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions show in 2021 on Peacock.
Foley launched his weekly podcast, “Foley is Pod,” with Conrad Thompson in 2022, where he looks back on his career in the wrestling business.
The spot
The WWE Hall of Famer made a surprise appearance at Saturday’s ICW No Holds Barred event, where he attacked another wrestler on the show while dressed as Santa Claus.
Foley hit John Wayne Murdoch with a double-arm DDT and then a barbed wire back. Tara Zep got the win in the match.
