A new trailer for the thriller film, “Dune: Part Two,” has been released that features former WWE Champion Dave Bautista. The future WWE Hall of Famer portrays Glossu Rabban, the brutish nephew of Baron Harkonnen.
Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts wrote the film, which was produced by Mary Parent, Cale Boyter, Patrick McCormick, Denis Villeneuve, and Tanya Lapointe.
The first movie brought in $402 million at the box office.
Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, Oscar Isaac, Zendaya, Stellan Skarsgård, and Jason Momoa return to the franchise in their roles from the first movie. Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, and Léa Seydoux have joined the cast for the second film.
Here is the synopsis for the film, which Villeneuve directs: “Paul Atreides unites with Chani and the Fremen while seeking revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the universe, he must prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.”
