WWE Considering Making a Change to Survivor Series Match

WWE holds Survivor Series: WarGames on Saturday, November 25, 2023, in Chicago, IL, at the United Center, which will air on Peacock. The card is coming along with three matches thus far confirmed.

Those bouts include The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio) & JD McDonagh vs. Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, & Cody Rhodes in the Men’s WarGames Match, WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley vs. Zoey Stark, and WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER vs. The Miz.

More matches will be confirmed in the coming week. In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that a change could be coming to the WarGames match, which is likely to headline the show, considering the match gimmick is the theme of the show.

Meltzer wrote, “There were reports that this will change, and McIntyre will be part of the Judgment Day team. I was just told that this is under consideration and could happen. That would lead to someone having to be added to the other side.”

Meltzer speculated that Kevin Owens could fill this spot due to storyline reasons.
