At WWE Extreme Rules, Bayley and Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair faced off in a Ladder Match.
Several minutes into the match, Belair climbed the ladder to grab the title but IYO SKY and Dakota Kai ran out to interfere. Belair fought back and hit a double KOD on both women but Bayley took control of the match by using a ladder as a weapon. Bayley tried to climb up while Belair was under the ladder but Belair powered the ladder up and she knocked Bayley off onto the ropes.
Belair used one half of a ladder with Bayley on her back to hit the KOD. Belair climbed the ladder and grabbed the belt to retain her title.
