Since the creation of WWE WrestleMania decades ago, celebrities and athletes have been used at the event in various ways.
WrestleMania 40 this weekend from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will be no different as the company is bringing in celebrities such as Meek Mill and Lil Wayne.
While speaking with TMZ Sports last month, The Miz noted he thinks retired Philadelphia Eagles Center Jason Kelce could be great in WWE. Miz said that having the Kelce brothers at WrestleMania 40 in Philly would be a home run.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that WWE reached out to Jason Kelce for a possible appearance. It would be a good get for the company since he’s a big star in the sports world and would be over in the city.
As of this writing, it’s unclear whether he will appear at the show.
