There’s been talk of a major change for today’s WWE Money In The Bank PLE.
PWInsider is reporting that there was a pitch made to have Charlotte Flair replace Zelina Vega in the Women’s Money In The Bank match. There is no word on if that plan is moving forward and there was nothing filmed last night at SmackDown to hint in that direction.
The Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder match will open the show. PWInsider reported that the plan is for Dominik Mysterio and Cody Rhodes to close out the show and there have been rumors that Brock Lesnar could show up to set up Lesnar vs. Rhodes for SummerSlam.
LATE UPDATE: The plan to replace Zelina with Charlotte does not appear to be happening.
